We are looking for a dedicated and experienced IT Support Specialist to provide level 1 technical support for a network of 300 stores in Romania. This role involves resolving technical incidents through ticketing applications, administrating user accounts, collaborating with IT vendors, and managing the IT budget for store support.

Responsibilities

• Remote IT support (Level 1) for all Lagardere locations, including offices and stores, through ticketing applications;
• Monitoring and managing SLA for IT incidents and requests;
• Creating and managing users in various applications (managing user accounts in business and operational platforms, including ERP solutions, POS, CRM, AD and other Cloud applications);
• IT equipment management: Hardware, Laptop, EPOS, fiscal printers, routers, switches, CCTV, etc;
• Vendor Management: relationship with IT suppliers for repairs, purchases and interventions;
• Tracking and reporting on the IT budget dedicated to stores;
• Documenting IT solutions to streamline future interventions;
• On-call support outside of standard hours, as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in remote IT support and ticketing applications;
• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field;
• Hardware/software knowledge (Windows, Office 3665, networking, POS equipment, CCTV);
• Experience with user administration in ERP (SAP, TCPOS), CRM, POS systems ;
• English – medium level;
• Experience in managing vendor relationships and IT budgets ;
• Good social and problem solving skills;
• Communicative, organized and team work;
• High resilience and organization.
