We are looking for an IT Support Specialist who will help ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations by supporting our store and office colleagues.

Your responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support to stores and office users via ticketing system and phone.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Install and configure IT equipment for employees.
• Log and manage incidents and requests in the ITSM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex issues.
• Support users in effectively using IT tools and systems.
• Maintain and update the Knowledge Base with new solutions and cases.
• Ensure constant communication and follow-up with users regarding their requests.

What we are looking for:

• 2–3 years of experience in IT support.
• Solid knowledge of:
• computer hardware, software, operating systems, and POS systems,
• ITIL Service Operations processes,
• basic networking and telecommunications.
• Intermediate+ English level.
• Strong:
• communication and interpersonal skills,
• problem-solving abilities,
• planning and organizational skills,
• teamwork and customer-oriented mindset,
• openness to change and a proactive attitude.
