Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration
• Experience providing user support in a corporate environment
• Experience working with IT infrastructure components and enterprise systems is an advantage

Knowledge

• Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and basic Linux administration
• Understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and basic network services
• Knowledge of local and global network fundamentals and infrastructure architecture
• Understanding of hardware components including servers, workstations, and office equipment
• Knowledge of system troubleshooting and diagnostic methods for hardware, networks, and software
• Basic knowledge of information security principles and best practices

Skills

• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to provide clear and effective technical support to non-technical users
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global IT support environment
• Requirements
• Proficiency with remote support tools (e.g., RDP, TeamViewer, VNC or similar)
• Experience with workstation installation, configuration, and maintenance
• Familiarity with monitoring systems is considered an advantage
• Ability to create technical documentation and user guides
• English language proficiency – minimum B2 level (written and spoken).
