Role Overview
We are currently seeking an Early Careers Talent Attraction Partner to join our Early Careers Europe team at Nokia.
This role plays a pivotal part in identifying and attracting top talent to shape the future of our organization. You will assist in early careers recruitment efforts, influence program strategies, and cultivate relationships with universities and industry organizations.
Our team focuses on supporting several countries in Europe, which provides a unique opportunity to work with an international team and gain valuable cross-cultural experience. As an Early Careers Talent Attraction Partner, you will have the chance to work across all Nokia business groups to bring in the best talents and shape the future of our organization by hiring our next rising stars.
Work setup
Hybrid (3 days/week from the office, in Timisoara)

Mandatory Skills

• A passion for Talent Acquisition of technical profiles and connecting with the GenZ community
• 2-3 years of working experience as recruiter using an ATS system
• Collaborative mindset for working closely with stakeholders
• Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive problem-solving skills and continuous improvement approach
• Excellent English and Romanian communication skills
• Ability to connect warmly and authentically with candidates and remote team members
  

Nice-to-have:

• Working experience in a multinational company with a complex matrix structure
• Experience in organizing early careers events or job fairs
• The availability to start asap in this full-time role
  

We are looking for a fast learner who is highly organized and fosters collaboration to join our team at Nokia.
As part of the team, you will:

• Autonomously conduct full circle Early careers recruitment for Nokia in Romania and other European countries, including internships and graduate hiring
• Assist your direct colleague as POC for stakeholders like Hiring Managers and People Care Team for everything related to Early Career hiring
• Help organize Nokia's attendance to university and other career events
• Establish and maintain contacts and collaborations with universities, student guilds and other relevant partners
• Organize and manage internal recruitment events like student company visits, working intensively together on this with the local Business Groups
• Help promote Nokia as the top employer for GenZ profiles via social media channels
• Regularly be present in the office to connect with our internal stakeholders
