For our client, Ariston Group, a multinational company and global leader in thermal comfort solutions, we are looking for an IT Technical Project Manager with strong exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.

As part of the company’s ongoing digital transformation journey, this role will support CRM initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and After-Sales domains, working closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and technical teams.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support CRM implementation and transformation initiatives within Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystems
• Support and coordinate the customization, optimization, and evolution of Dynamics 365 solutions across Sales, Service, and Marketing modules
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions
• Coordinate or support integrations between Dynamics 365 and enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle, AWS, Adobe AEM, etc.)
• Participate in delivery planning, testing, UAT, deployment, and post go-live activities
• Monitor project progress, delivery quality, risks, and dependencies
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams
• Support process optimization initiatives across customer lifecycle flows
• Collaborate with vendors and external partners when needed
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and CRM best practices

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or similar field
• Experience within Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM ecosystems
• Exposure to CRM implementation, customization, configuration, functional consulting, or transformation projects
• Experience working with Sales, Marketing, Service, or After-Sales business processes
• Experience interacting directly with business stakeholders and translating business requirements into solutions
• Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams
• Business analysis and requirement gathering exposure represent an advantage
• Technical understanding of Dynamics 365 customizations, workflows, Power Platform, integrations, or CRM architecture represents an advantage
• Previous PM / PO / coordination responsibilities are considered a plus
• Advanced English
• Availability to travel, if required (up to 25%)

• Experience with Power Platform
• Exposure to SAP / Oracle / enterprise integrations
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications
• Experience in international or matrix organizations
• Exposure to customer journey orchestration or marketing automation initiatives
