Join our company as an L2 Onsite IT Technician to provide advanced technical support to end users at our customers.

What about your responsibilities?

• Ticket based assistance on laptops, tablets, phones, printers, VC equipment
• Ticket based end-user compute break & fix support
• Ticket based requests (IMACD – Install, Move, Add, Change, De-install / Dispose) support
• VIP users support
• Server Rooms and Network Infrastructure proximity support (hands and eyes)
• 3rd Party Support and Co-ordination
• Event support
• User Training and on/off-boarding
• Asset Management
• Device deployment and rollouts

Location: Bucharest

Employment contract: 1-year fixed-term (with possibility to move to permanent)

Requirements:

• 3+ years of IT experience (or equivalent) in a similar role within large corporations
• Good working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and related Office applications
• Support experience of MACs would be beneficial
• Knowledge of mobile devices – Android and iOS
• Conference/Zoom-room support
• Experience with building, configuring, replacing, and troubleshooting PC and laptop hardware component
• Good English and fluent Romanian
• Familiarity with ticketing system
