Main Responsibilities:

• Analyzes the functional and technical specifications of enterprise applications (Oracle FlexCube, SAP S/4HANA) and internally developed applications (Java with Angular).
• Develops test plans, test cases, and scripts for both manual and automated testing.
• Performs functional, regression, integration, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for applications in the portfolio.
• Collaborates closely with development, business analysis and infrastructure teams to identify and document defects.
• Uses testing and defect management tools.
• Monitors and validates the remediation of identified defects.
• Actively contributes to defining and improving internal testing processes.
• Participates in reviews of requirements, specifications, and deliverables.

Technical Skills:

• Experience in functional and regression testing for enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of testing in complex environments, with a focus on: Oracle FlexCube – testing in a banking context (products, transactions, parameterization, etc.).
• SAP S/4HANA – testing FI/CO, MM, SD, or other relevant modules.
• Web applications developed in Java + Angular (front-end and back-end testing).
• Experience with testing tools (e.g., Jira + Zephyr, TestRail, Postman for API testing).
• SQL knowledge for data validation and queries in Oracle/MySQL databases.
• Understanding of testing principles and Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in automated testing (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit).
• Experience in API testing with Postman, SoapUI, or REST-assured.
• Experience using version control tools (Git).
• Knowledge of DevOps (CI/CD), Jenkins, or testing in Docker containers.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Higher education in IT, Computer Science, Cybernetics, or relevant experience.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a similar role (QA Engineer / Software Tester).
• Practical experience with banking systems or complex ERPs is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal) in Romanian and English.
• Proactivity, constructive critical thinking, and result-oriented mindset.
• Experience in the banking sector and with banking applications is a plus.
