About The Role
As an Italian-speaking Customer Experience Specialist, you will play an important role in helping customers and ensuring they receive professional and friendly support.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting Italian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat
• Understanding customer requests and providing effective solutions
• Creating positive customer experiences through every interaction
• Using company systems and tools to manage requests accurately
• Collaborating with colleagues from different backgrounds in an international environment
  

Requirements

• Native or fluent Italian (C1/C2 level)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused approach and problem-solving mindset
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to adapt to a new culture and working environment
• Willingness to relocate to Greece
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not required
• Full training will be provided
