What you will do in this role
As a Customer Agent with Italian on our team, you will:

• Provide solutions to clients’ issues in order to deliver excellent customer experience
• Offer customer service by providing information about travel aspects (flight cancellation, booking tickets, refunds, discounts, destinations, etc)
• Manage multichannel interactions (voice, chat, email) to ensure a consistent customer experience

Your qualifications

• Customer orientated mindset with focus on problem solving

• Good computer skills
• Patience and proactivity
• Availability to work from our headquarters in Iasi
