This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and fintech, and who excel at delivering exceptional customer service. As a representative, you will assist customers in managing their digital wallet accounts and addressing their inquiries in Italian.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding digital wallet services, features, and account issues via phone, email, and chat in Italian
• Provide detailed guidance on setting up and using digital wallet functionalities
• Assist customers with security concerns, troubleshooting, and transaction inquiries
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively to ensure a positive user experience
• Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system for consistency and follow-up
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to enhance service quality and resolve complex issues
• Stay informed about industry developments and digital payment trends to provide informed support
  

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the fintech or digital payment sector
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively and work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with CRM software and digital transaction platforms is desirable
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours as necessary
