This role is tailored for individuals who are enthusiastic about financial services and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer support. As a representative, you will assist customers in Italian, addressing their inquiries related to payment solutions and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding payment processing, account management, and transaction issues via phone, email, and chat in Italian
• Provide accurate information about services, fees, and payment platform features
• Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues related to payment transactions and solutions
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for accurate tracking and follow-up
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer service delivery and address client needs
• Stay informed about industry regulations and updates to ensure compliance and provide relevant advice
  

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in financial services or payment solutions
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
• Problem-solving abilities and comfort in handling inquiries related to payment processes
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with payment processing software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is desirable
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary
• Relocation to Greece is required for this position
