Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding subscription-based services via phone, email, and chat in Italian
• Provide detailed information about subscription options, billing inquiries, and service features
• Assist customers with account setup, modifications, and cancellations as needed
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure a positive experience
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document outcomes in the CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and improve service delivery
• Stay informed about industry trends and company updates to provide customers with accurate information
  

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in subscription-based or digital services
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to manage multiple inquiries effectively
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment while maintaining quality service
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer service technologies is desirable
