Italian Speaking Technical Support Advisor for our very prestigious international client.

What You Will Do

• Provide first-level technical support to Italian-speaking customers
• Assist users with basic troubleshooting related to devices, connectivity, and software
• Identify issues and guide customers step-by-step toward resolution
• Escalate more complex cases when necessary
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professional communication
  

What We Are Looking For

• Italian language at fluent level
• Good level of English (B2 minimum)
• Basic PC knowledge and confidence using digital tools
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving mindset
