We are looking for a Java  Enginner with a strong background in Camunda experience designing and implementing BPM solutions. The ideal candidate will have worked in the finance sector, understands complex business processes, and can bridge the gap between technical implementation and business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement workflow and process automation solutions using Camunda.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and analysts to translate business requirements into scalable BPM solutions.
• Integrate BPM workflows with core financial systems, databases, and external APIs.
• Develop and maintain Java-based services and process logic to support workflow execution.
• Configure and monitor Camunda Modeler, Cockpit, and Tasklist environments.
• Ensure processes meet performance, compliance, and audit standards specific to the finance sector.
• Participate in architecture discussions, process optimizations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize BPMN models and execution performance.

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience in Java development (Spring Boot preferred).
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Camunda BPM (Modeler, Engine, Cockpit).
• Strong understanding of BPMN 2.0, DMN, and workflow orchestration principles.
• Experience in finance, banking, or fintech environments, with an understanding of transaction workflows, approvals, and compliance processes.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture, REST APIs, and database integration (SQL or NoSQL).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business logic into process flows.

Nice to have:

• Proven experience with Camunda 7, with additional exposure to Camunda 8, Flowable, or Activiti considered an advantage
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Understanding of event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Experience in process mining or workflow optimization tools.

• Collaborative mindset and ability to work in agile, cross-functional teams.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Camunda or BPM certification is an advantage.
