Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java (SE)
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews and ensure best coding practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, QA, frontend, DevOps)
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing backend components
• Contribute to system architecture and technical design discussions

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of Java SE
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles
• Experience developing backend applications and services
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and backend integration concepts
• Ability to write maintainable, testable, and efficient code
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team

Nice to Have

• Experience in banking and/or financial services projects
• Experience with mobile-related backend systems
• Exposure to Spring or similar Java frameworks
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Experience working in Agile environments
