Eaton’s footprint in Romania is well-placed to help our customers across a wide range of power-intensive industries navigate the transition to a zero-carbon future. We are undergoing the most significant transformation in our 110-year history and our sites in Romania make no exception!

We debuted on the local market more than 15 years ago and now we have three important business units with more than 3.000 employees:

• two Power Management Control Components production sites in Busag and Sârbi, close to Baia-Mare, Maramureș,
• Critical Systems production site in Arad,
• Electrical Sales business with the largest office in Bucharest.

Our two manufacturing sites in Busag and Sârbi, near Baia-Mare, are the largest in the territory with more than 2.500 employees and they are focused on the production of metallic enclosures which will be later equipped with electric components.

We are proud that our plant in Sârbi was recognized as a Model Plant for four years in a row.
