What we are looking for:

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant - Part Time who will process invoices, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure timely payments to suppliers and vendors.

The candidate should have strong diligence, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Managing client accounts: mailboxes, solve queries and advise the client of suppliers chasing overdue invoices;
• Working with spreadsheets, purchase ledgers and journals;
• Entering into the company and client financial systems Purchase and Expense items in the correct ledger such as: purchase invoices, staff expenses and bank payments and receipts;
• Keeping the client informed of: overdue balances, unidentified payments and missing invoices;
• Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct;
• Handling ad-hoc queries or tasks that might need immediate attention.

Skills & Abilities:

• Studies in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline;
• Familiarity with invoice and payment processes;
• Confident using Excel in a work environment;
• Advanced English level;
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy;
• Well-organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively;
• Clear and professional communication skills.
