Our ultimate vision is to fix cold outreach for the world. We want to transform it from a “necessary evil” into a good experience for both the sender and receiver.
We’re looking for ambitious Junior Account Executives who want to accelerate their careers.

Thousands of companies - including Microsoft, McKinsey, and Netflix purchase our product each year for their recruitment teams.
The opportunity for growth is massive:
• Currently, 3 out of 4 Fortune 500 companies use ContactOut - but we’ve only closed a handful of deals with them.
• Our sales reps each have a book of business over $1M.
• We have a strong pipeline of high-value deals, but lack the capacity to fully pursue them right now.
So far, ContactOut has had a great run. We were founded in Silicon Valley in 2015 with the backing of 500 Startups and Startmate/Blackbird Ventures. Since then, hundreds of thousands of people have used our Chrome extension to connect with the candidates. Our sales team is performing exceptionally, closing 10x more than previous years, and we’re looking to bring in the right people to help us build on this momentum.
You will be expected to:
• Create inbound and outbound sales strategies with us – reaching out to recruiting divisions from the Fortune 1000.
• Test and learn the best outreach channels (email, phone, and social) and tools to reach decision-makers at those companies.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely updates in CRM systems.
• Generate and negotiate deals with decision-makers.
• Provide actionable feedback to leadership on recruiters' data needs to drive continuous improvement.
• Be a leader – help us bring on and onboard more Junior Account Executives and fast-track your career in sales leadership.
What your day-to-day will look like in this role:
• Cold and warm outreach to recruiting divisions in Fortune 1000 companies.
• Create and maintain leads in Pipedrive and our own dashboard.
• Generate offers and negotiate conditions according to our guidelines.
• Help to define, coordinate and execute global and regional sales campaigns.
What you bring:
• 2+ years of experience in a sales role is required
• Background in SaaS or tech-related industries is a strong advantage.
• Strong skills in prospecting, negotiation, and presentation essential
• Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools.
• Clear & effective communicator
• Strong organizational skills
• Desire to work in an evolving start-up environment
SALARY: Base salary + Commission + Performance Bonus
