Altex Romania, leader in electro-IT retail, is actively looking for a Junior Accountant to complete the CAPEX team, part of the holding's financial department.

Responsibilities

• Records the fixed assets and inventory items and checks all supporting documents (appendices, commissioning minutes, equipment accompanying notices, payment approval);
• Registration of statements;
• Creates the fixed assets and inventory items included in the invoices and in the transfer journals for internal use;
• Provides support during the audit of the annual financial statements, for the preparation of reports and information requested by the auditors;
• Prepares the transfer vouchers for fixed assets and inventory items;
• Reinvoices equipment for the companies in the group;
• Issue equipment sales invoices for employees who are no longer active within the company or employees with old work equipment being replaced with new ones;
• Archives the financial and accounting documents in his sphere of responsibility;
• Prepares recurring or ad hoc reports;

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics - is a must;

• 5 years of experience as an accountant;

• Advanced knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel);

• Ability to analyze, evaluate, correlate and synthesize information;

• Communication and organizational ability
