Job Description:

• Support and follow up with the stores, in the Atlantis software, for: uploading the daily sales in SAP, receipts canceling, extension of clients in the sales program.
• Verification of registration in the accounting system of sales, according to fiscal reports
• Checking and ensuring the daily and correct preparation by store managers of the Cash Register
• Verification of supporting documents and registration of cash payments in the accounting system
• Monitoring compliance with the legislation
• Managing, follow up and posting of employees expense reports
• Periodic training of the stores teams, for all cash desk documents and procedures.
• Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
• Assist with other accounting projects

We are looking for an ambitious Junior Accountant in our office team, to provide support to the financial department, by following up with our retail stores for the Cash Register and other accounting documents and processes.

• University degree in Accounting or related
• Good organizing skills and time-management
• Good MS Office skills
• Good communication skills
• Team player and ability to work in a flexible way
• Knowledge of ERP accounting packages, preferably SAP
• English language: medium to advanced
