Purpose of PositionAs a Junior Accountant - General Ledger, you are responsible for ensuring the correct accounting and accrual-based recording of all business transactions in the general ledger of all Awin entities.This is a hybrid role, working in our Iasi office three days per week.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure timely and accurate journal entries according to IFRS and Local GAAP’sEnsure timely input for month end close/year end closeSupport senior members of the team with input for external audits and tax audits when neededSupport senior members of the team with balance sheet reconciliation when needed. Key Skills:At least 1 year of working experience in general ledger and reportingKnowledge in IFRS is desirableGood communication verbal and written with customer service skills and clear information sharingGood collaboration skills in a fast paced and dynamic environmentDetail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving abilitiesYou are a team player and always willing to learn new activities /processes.Bachelor's degree in accounting (or other Finance related)Strong skills in MS Excel.
