ELIT Romania is looking for a new colleague in department of Finance. Reporting to the Accountant Lead, you would be responsible for cash registers and deconts.

• Working from Monday till Friday: 08:00 – 17:00.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate recording of documents and processing of transactions in the cash register (including receipts, tax invoices, payment orders, and miscellaneous expenses);
• Reviewing supporting documents for accounting entries and solving any discrepancies;
• Organizing, verifying, and validating accounting records;
• Ensuring in a the timely manner the daily entries of financial and accounting documents, along with proper archiving of supporting materials;
• Applying financial and accounting regulations in line with professional standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Fluent Romanian and communicative level of English.
• Proven experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or financial administration.
• Strong understanding of credit risk, collections, and receivables management.
• Experience working with ERP/accounting systems and MS Excel.
• Ability to analyze customer financial data and assess credit risk.
• Good communication and negotiation skills for dealing with customers and internal teams.
• Knowledge of debt recovery procedures, legal actions, and insolvency processes is an advantage.
