What you'll do:
Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

• Process supplier invoices accurately and on time
• Support payment execution activities
• Maintain supplier master data
• Assist with procurement-related transactions and controls
• Resolve invoice and payment-related queries

Order-to-Cash (O2C)

• Support billing and invoicing activities
• Monitor collections and follow up on outstanding receivables
• Manage customer queries and disputes
• Maintain customer master data
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer transactions

Financial Operations

• Perform high-volume transactional activities while maintaining accuracy
• Investigate and resolve issues related to financial transactions
• Validate data and perform basic financial control activities
• Escalate risks and incidents when required
• Contribute to process improvements and operational excellence initiatives

What we're looking for:
Required Qualifications

• Good command of English (min. B2)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
• Basic understanding of finance and accounting principles
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work with large volumes of structured data
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Well-organized and process-oriented approach
• Team player with good communication skills

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in the office and 2 days working from home per week)
