The Junior Affiliate Operations is the technical "bridge" between our commercial deals and our players. In this role, you ensure that every casino offer is accurately mapped, tracked, and published within our ecosystem. Using our internal Centralised Offer Management System (COMS), you will be responsible for the precise execution of offer setups, ensuring 100% data integrity and seamless link functionality.

This is a specialized, process-driven junior role designed for someone who finds satisfaction in technical accuracy and has an eagle eye for detail.

 
Key Responsibilities

  Offer Integration & Publishing: Input and launch offer details (creative assets, descriptions, and restrictions) into COMS and affiliate management platforms.

  Link Generation & Mapping: Use internal tools to generate unique tracking links, ensuring all parameters are correctly mapped for accurate reporting and player journey tracking.

  
  
• 
  

  Process Adherence: Strictly follow Ogooga’s SOPs for link creation and offer deployment to maintain data integrity.

  
  
• 
  

  Quality Assurance: Conduct self-audits and "live checks" post-launch to ensure offers match the commercial team's specifications and that links are fully functional.

  Reporting & Communication: Provide daily status updates to the Commercial Team Lead regarding the queue of pending, live, and expired offers.

  Troubleshooting: Identify and report any discrepancies or technical glitches within the offer management flow.

  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

  Basic Technical Literacy: Comfort working with CMS, tracking platforms, or internal database systems (experience with HasOffers, Everflow, or similar is a plus, but not mandatory).
