Review transaction monitoring alerts ​

• Analyze alerts generated by the system or escalated by other teams
• Follow internal procedures and compliance guidelines

Investigate account activity

• Use internal systems and external sources to review customer activity
• Conduct structured checks to understand whether transactions are legitimate or potentially suspicious

Make case decisions

• Decide whether an alert can be closed
• Identify possible policy breaches
• Escalate cases to the AML Investigations Team when needed

Handle back-office activities

• Support day-to-day operational processes
• Maintain accurate records and clear documentation
