Main responsabilities

• Performing day-to-day tasks related to banking activities using specialized software and tools, according to predefined manuals, policies and procedures
• Offering support to the customers in Italian and English on topics related to various invoices or documents
• Sharing knowledge inside the team creating and maintaining good communication relationships with all involved departments

• Good Italian & English skills
• Bachelor’s Degree (completed or in progress)
• Researching skills and ability to be a person of action
