What will you be doing in this role?

Main responsabilities:

• Performing day-to-day tasks related to banking activities using specialized software and tools, according to predefined manuals, policies and procedures;
• Offering support to the customers in Italian and English on topics related to various invoices or documents;
• Sharing knowledge inside the team creating and maintaining good communication relationships with all involved departments.

What we expect from you?

Requirements:

• Italian & English linguistic level: at least a B1/B2 level;
• Bachelor’s Degree;
• Excellent communication, organizational skills and adhesive with deadlines;
• Researching skills, detail-oriented and ability to be a person of action;
• Must be skillful in Microsoft Office package.

Good to have:

• Experience - at least 6 months in financial banking services;
