What You'll Do:

You'll ldevelop web applications—introducing new workflows, enhancing usability, and actively contributing to the design and implementation of full-stack features. Collaborate closely with Product and UX to shape new features, design solutions, and plan smooth rollouts. Align product and customer priorities with operational and technical requirements. Ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code. Drive technical decisions and help define the architecture of both new and existing features.

Who You Are:

BS in Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience 2+ years of experience in programming with C#, Java, Scala, or another backend language, along with a willingness to learn and work with .NET/C# Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to navigate and build connections across distributed teams and functions Product-minded: dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences Committed to quality through sound design principles, automated testing, and thorough documentation Passionate about shipping performant, reliable software Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability A clear communicator and dependable team player
