• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports for operational KPIs
• Extract, transform, and consolidate data from various systems to support reporting requirements
• Perform data reconciliation between source systems (DWH, ERP) and BI tools to ensure data accuracy
• Develop and maintain advanced calculations and analytical logic in Tableau to support complex reporting requirements
• Analyze key business metrics and operational data across the store network to support performance monitoring
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into technical solutions
• Support ad-hoc data requests and root cause analysis
• Document data models, field definitions, and reporting logic

We are looking for a Junior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our analytics team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining dashboards, managing data pipelines, and delivering actionable insights that drive retail performance decisions across our store network.
Requirements:

• Proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server
• Experience with SQL (queries, joins, update statements)
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
• Experience working with retail business metrics and operational data across commercial and supply chain functions
• Ability to work with large datasets and identify data quality issues
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)

• Experience with advanced Tableau features and analytical calculations
• Familiarity with retail KPIs and time-based performance analysis
• Experience with Microsoft Excel for data analysis
• Knowledge of Romanian retail market
