Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
• Support business process mapping, workflow documentation, and optimization initiatives
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, performance gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Build and maintain advanced Excel reports, dashboards, and tracking tools (using formulas, pivot tables, and data validation)
• Prepare professional reports, presentations, and management summaries
• Participate in project meetings, workshops, and alignment sessions with business and technical teams
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and validate process or system changes
• Maintain accurate project documentation and monitoring files
• Provide analytical and operational support to senior business analysts

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis, reporting automation)
• Very good command of English (minimum B2 level) — both written and spoken
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Basic understanding of business analysis methodologies and process documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word for reporting and presentations
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder interaction abilities

Nice to Have

• Experience with reporting tools or BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of SQL or data management concepts
• Previous experience in a business analysis, reporting, or operational role
