  Junior Business Analyst (SAP Team) 

What you'll have to do:

• Collect business requirements from various stakeholders and translate them into clear functional specifications;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify process improvement opportunities;
• Support the design, build and implementation of SAP system improvements with a focus on process optimization;
• Manage and contribute to business improvement projects aimed at operational efficiency;
• Support financial and operational processes within SAP modules (MM, SD, FICO) to ensure correct data flow;
• Create comprehensive test plans and perform system testing for SAP modifications and process changes;
• Provide training and documentation to SAP end users for new processes and system improvements;
• Develop detailed documentation for business processes, system configurations and improvement initiatives;
• Participate in process mapping and workflow analysis to identify limitation and areas for improvement;
• Align delivered solutions with business objectives and ensure that they meet both functional and technical requirements;
• Proactively initiate business process improvements to increase operational efficiency;
• Stay current with SAP system updates and industry best practices in process improvement methodologies.

What makes you a good fit:

• Experience with S4Hana financial processes, with hands-on focus on Accounting, Treasury, and Controlling areas;
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in business analysis or similar roles with exposure to process improvement;
• Knowledge of SAP systems with hands-on experience in at least one module (MM preferred, SD or FI);
• Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 or S/4 Hana;
• University degree in computer science, economics, business administration, engineering or equivalent;
• Proactive and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels;
• Experience working in structured environments with project management methodologies;
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Basic experience or familiarity with structured and agile project environments
• Team player, trustworthy, driven by excellence
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in team environments.
