We're looking for motivated professionals who are eager to develop within an international environment and support Accounts Receivable and Collections activities for a global customer portfolio.

What we're looking for:

✔ 0–2 years of experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, Finance Customer Service or related areas;

✔ Fresh graduates or students in their final years of studies in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields are welcome to apply, provided they are available to work a full-time schedule;

✔ Candidates with relevant work experience are also encouraged to apply, even if their academic background is in a different field;

✔ German (B2+) and English (B2+) are required;

✔ Knowledge of SAP/Oracle and strong MS Office skills are considered a plus.

What you'll do:

• Follow up on outstanding payments and overdue invoices;

• Support customers in resolving billing and payment-related queries;

• Maintain accurate records of collection activities;

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the collection process.
