As a Junior Compensation Analyst, you'll gain hands-on experience in salary benchmarking, market data analysis and compensation processes while working alongside experienced professionals in an international business environment.

Based in Iasi, you'll play an active role in projects that support business decisions, while receiving the training, mentorship and exposure needed to build a successful career.

This is a part-time, hybrid role, requiring 4 days per week in the office, from 08:00am to 12:00pm local time.

Responsibilities

• Support salary benchmarking updates by preparing, validating and maintaining compensation data;
• Assist with role matching and job mapping activities across multiple markets;
• Build and maintain Excel-based tools used for data analysis, pricing and quality assurance;
• Collaborate with the development team to test and improve compensation platform functionality;
• Identify, investigate and resolve data inconsistencies and anomalies;
• Support ad-hoc compensation analyses and team projects;
• Prepare clear and concise summaries and reports for internal stakeholders;
• Handle sensitive compensation information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism;

Skills, Qualifications & Abilities

• Recent graduate or early-career professional in Economics, Human Resources, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field;
• Intermediate Excel skills with the ability to work confidently with data;
• Natural affinity for numbers and data analysis;
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy;
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify patterns and challenge unexpected results;
• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken;
• Well-organized and able to manage deadlines effectively;

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of Compensation & Benefits concepts such as salary benchmarking or pay structures;
• Exposure to HR, payroll, finance or data analysis environments;
• Familiarity with data visualization or BI tools;
• Interest in data platforms, systems and continuous improvement;
