What we expect from you:

• The candidate must be a fluent Bulgarian speaker (written and spoken, advanced level).
• Work experience or background in delivering client service or in a call center environment would be an advantage
• Preferably understanding and experience in planning travel activities (e.g. discuss travel options with clients, make reservations for them, follow successful completion)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• Dedication to providing great customer service
• Patience, common sense, diplomacy and empathy skills
• High cooperation spirit, the ability to work well in a team
• Flexible, willing to work in shifts
• Intermediate proficiency in English (written and spoken)

Your responsibilities include:

• Manage Clients requests, answering enquiries by telephone, e-mails or informatic system (CRM)
• Coordinate and execute client requests: anticipate and analyze the need, research options, identify the proper solution and coordinate the delivery of the solution; communicate to the clients
• Organize the activity of the suppliers’ that are delivering the solutions to our clients
• Manage client expectations and ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
• Deal effectively with complaints and remain courteous at all times
• Deliver the highest levels of customer care and service at all times
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure seamless service delivery
