We are looking for Junior CRM Marketing Specialist.

The Role

You will support the Loyalty Manager in planning and executing direct marketing campaigns that keep our patients engaged and informed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and monitor weekly/monthly direct marketing campaigns (audience segmentation, messaging, and materials).
• Manage the day-to-day relationship with external agencies to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Query databases to extract insights and generate reports on campaign performance and loyalty KPIs.
• Oversee the availability of loyalty cards across our pharmacy network and manage budget approvals for implemented campaigns.
• Resolve inquiries and complaints regarding the loyalty program via official communication channels.
• Maintain and operate the CRM platforms and tools that power our loyalty activities.

Candidate Profile:

• A University degree and at least 1 year of experience in Marketing, CRM, or a related data-driven field.
• Ability to work with numbers and pull reports to track campaign performance and program metrics.
• Ability to follow procedures, manage documentation, and plan your daily tasks effectively.
• Clear written and verbal communication for agency briefing and patient interaction.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to quickly understand new tools, databases, and internal processes.
