Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support inquiries from clients via mostly emails
- Diagnose and troubleshoot time sensitive and highly impacting technical issues related to our flagship products
- Provide timely and effective resolution to customer problems, escalating issues as needed to the appropriate internal teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product development, to address customer needs and improve product functionality
- Document and track customer interactions and issue resolution in our systems
- Stay up-to-date on product features, industry trends, and best practices to better support our customers
- Participate to pre-release testing to ensure the best product is shipped to our clients
Required skill set:
- Proficient level of English language and ability to write emails in a professional manner
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Logical thinking, time management, decision making and organizational skills
- Attention to details
- Problem solving skills
- Team spirit
- A good sense of humour
