PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Our partner is a global leader in the domain of clearing, offering access to a wide range of listed instruments on markets across the globe.
IT is at the heart of their organization with more than 30 different product teams and 10 different platform teams that are trying to build the best products & services for their customers.

THE ROLE INVOLVES:
Our teams' main goal is to drive innovation, and the Junior Delivery Manager contributes to achieving this by supporting the successful delivery of projects for one or more Levi9 customers.
In this role, you will work closely with experienced Delivery Managers, development teams, and customer stakeholders to help coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and ensure effective communication across all parties involved.
You will gain hands-on experience in project delivery, stakeholder management, Agile ways of working, and team coordination while gradually taking ownership of delivery-related activities and helping teams achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:

• Support the successful delivery of projects by coordinating activities, monitoring progress, and helping teams achieve their objectives.
• Facilitate clear communication and collaboration between customers, stakeholders, and delivery teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and expectations.
• Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and key delivery metrics while supporting reporting and decision-making processes.
• Contribute to operational, planning, and project administration activities that ensure effective and transparent service delivery.
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers, team leads, and department managers to support project staffing, team coordination, and delivery planning.
• Continuously learn and develop Delivery Management competencies, Agile practices, and modern delivery approaches, including AI-enabled tools and processes.
  

TECHNICAL PLAYGROUND:

• 1+ years of hands-on IT Project Management experience and 3+ years of experience working in an IT delivery setup
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and delivery management practices, with an understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Experience using project collaboration and tracking tools (Jira, Confluence etc.)
• Ability to understand customer needs, business priorities, and team objectives, and translate them into actionable plans
• Understanding of stakeholder management and relationship building in a customer-oriented environment
• Awareness of data privacy, responsible AI principles, and modern AI-powered productivity tools
• MS Office package proficiency
  

SOFT SKILLS:

• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and delivery teams
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
• Customer-focused attitude, combined with a proactive approach and a sense of ownership
• Adaptability, continuous learning mindset, and openness to feedback and change
• Presentation, facilitation, and negotiation skills are considered an advantage
  

NICE TO HAVE:

• PSM I certification (or willingness to obtain it)
• Knowledge of Prince2, ITIL, PMI, or similar delivery/project management frameworks
• Previous experience in a coordination, leadership, project support, or customer-facing role
• University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
