Junior Fleet Service Coordinator (m/f/d)
Job Summary
The Fleet Service Coordinator is responsible for managing technical incidents and service requests for the company fleet. The role focuses on receiving and analyzing tickets related to vehicle issues, identifying the fastest and most cost-efficient solutions, and ensuring that the transport operations continue safely and without unnecessary delays.
Key Responsibilities

• Receive and manage service tickets related to fleet vehicles (technical issues, breakdowns, maintenance needs).
• Analyze problems and determine the most efficient, safe, and cost-effective solution.
• Decide whether a vehicle can safely continue its route or must stop for immediate repair.
• Coordinate with external service providers and internal workshops.
• Monitor fleet maintenance schedules, inspections, and equipment compliance.
• Ensure vehicles meet operational and safety standards at all times.
• Support drivers with technical guidance during incidents.
• Maintain clear communication with dispatchers and operations teams to minimize transport disruptions.
• Track and follow up on open tickets until resolution.
• Contribute to the overall efficiency and reliability of the fleet operations.
  

Requirements

• Technical or mechanical knowledge related to trucks or commercial vehicles (mandatory).
• German language required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Experience in fleet management, transport operations, or technical support is a strong advantage.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to make quick and practical decisions in operational situations.
