Job Description
The Junior HR admin holds responsibility over the entire administrative requirements of organization, employee onboarding, engagement and exit process. Together with local HR team, the Junior HR admin is accountable to ensure compliance to Romanian Labour Code and Law, and to be point of contact for HR procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Communication with the employees, the line management as well as with various local authorities in terms of labour relations, and other employee relevant data
- Coordination of employee files preparation, updates and archiving
- Management of individual employment contracts addendums, suspensions, and terminations, any secondment documents etc
- Consolidation of relevant data and reporting within requested deadline towards the Vendor (Smartree) for Revisal updates
- Support on preparing necessary files in case of disciplinary actions, in accordance to Romanian Law
- Monitors the shared mailbox and answers employee’s admin requests
- Preparation and release of different certificates/documents requested by employees
- Release of various reports on headcount, promotion and internal moves, turnover etc
- Support during internal and external auditing processes
- Point of contact for HR Procedures: updates/ changes when necessary
- Support the employee onboarding, including New Employee Orientation & Buddy Program
- Support Romania Engagement Hub and the engagement/ HR site activities
- Owns the timekeeping and timesheets activity for HR department
- Management of the employee exit process, including exit interview and feedback to managers
- Releases via email HR communication and updates it on the HR Portal and Engagement Hub Sharepoint pages
Requirements
- Education: Human Resources BA or related
- Experience: previous HR internship programs or any similar role/activities
- Language skills: Fluent English
- Knowledge, skills, competencies:
- good knowledge of Romanian labor law
- good communication skills
- customer centric behavior
- attention to details
