Maintain and update digital and physical personnel records securely and confidentially.
Enter accurate employment data into our HR System, including new hires, terminations, compensation changes, and promotions.
Generate regular HR reports (e.g., headcount, turnover rates, time-off balances).
Handle the hiring process by preparing new hire documentation, packets, collecting necessary information, and coordinating IT equipment setup.
Schedule and help conduct new employee orientations.
Support the offboarding process by preparing specific documentation as well as reviewing exit interviews and ensuring the return of company property.
Answer employee questions regarding HR policies & Procedures.
Help with monthly HR specific processes such as Labor Safety and Periodical Medical Checks
Keep contact with HR Services suppliers.
Serve as the point of contact for general employee inquiries, escalating complex issues to the HR Manager when necessary.
Draft, format, and distribute HR documents, such as employment contracts and related documents, updates, and company-wide memos.
Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and training sessions.
Ensure the organization remains compliant with applicable laws.
Support recruitment team with candidate assessments as well as interviews.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Psychology.
Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience as an HR Admin, HR Assistant, or relevant administrative role.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRS experience
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills both in Romanian and English
High degree of discretion, integrity, and adherence to strict confidentiality.
Strong attention to detail.
