Job Title: Junior HR Operations Specialist
Job Location: Bucharest， Romania
Main Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end leased workforce processes for local staff & Chinese expatriates
• Support recruitment control tasks and prepare reports for regional and HQ teams
• Take charge of escalations and ensure they’re resolved within SLA
• Work closely on processes like talent selection, contract extensions, evaluations, and fee adjustments
• Build strong partnerships with HR reps, suppliers, and cross-functional teams
• Proactively detect risks and propose process improvements
• Collaborate with our China HQ & regional centers of excellence
• Drive digital HR transformation through automation and continuous service enhancement
• Analyze data to boost employee experience and operational quality
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• Solid MS Office skills （Excel, PowerPoint）
• Strong time and project management know-how
• Analytical mindset and a solution-oriented approach
• Fluent English communication (Chinese is a big plus!)
• Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Passion for data, optimization, and elevating the employee journey
