Adecco Romania is recruiting a Junior IT Business Analyst for one of its clients, part of an international group operating in the operational leasing industry, within the Business Transformation department.

Responsibilities

👥 Collaborate closely with local business teams and group IT teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

📊 Analyze and document business requirements, functional specifications, and change requests.

🧭 Collect, clarify, and translate business needs into actionable requirements.

🤝 Manage and track tickets in JIRA, working closely with development teams for resolution.

📈 Support local implementations (UAT testing, training sessions, communication, data migration).

📑 Provide ongoing support to local users and key users in using internal applications.

💼 Monitor and resolve incidents (bug fixing) across systems such as ERP, contract management, and reporting tools.

🚀 Contribute to local transformation projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

🎯 Support business process definition and optimization.

📊 Work with reporting tools (e.g., Oracle Business Intelligence) and databases to generate insights.

Candidate Profile

🎓 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (IT Business Analyst or relevant area).

🧠 Strong analytical thinking and understanding of business processes.

💻 Experience working with JIRA and reporting tools (Oracle BI is a plus).

🗄 Basic knowledge of databases and ERP systems.

🗣 Good communication skills and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders.

⚡ Proactive attitude, autonomy, and eagerness to learn.

🌍 Good level of English (written and spoken).
