Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Junior IT Consultant to join our growing international team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about technology, banking solutions, and consulting. Through comprehensive onboarding and training, you will gain the skills needed to support banking transformation projects while building a clear and structured career path within a collaborative and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the implementation and customization of core banking solutions for clients.
• Develop and maintain front-end functionalities and user-facing solutions.
• Support the design, configuration, and parameterization of business processes based on client requirements.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and optimization activities.
• Support client training sessions and provide end-user guidance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in IT consulting, software solutions, and financial services.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Practical knowledge of relational databases, preferably Oracle.
• Exposure to PL/SQL through academic projects, internships, or personal projects.
• Very good English language skills. German is great advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
• Flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn.

Nice to Have

• Experience gained through internships, university projects, or research activities.
• Knowledge of SQL, Oracle databases, or software development concepts.
• Exposure to banking, fintech, or financial services environments.

• 1066 RON monthly budget in Benefit Online Platform
• 25 vacation days/year.

• The employees working on bank holidays will benefit either a paid day off in the next 30 days + 100% of the hourly base salary for that specific day OR 200% of the hourly base salary for that specific day.
