IT Operations Engineer

Job description:

• Production Changes Implementation:

Execute application changes under the guidance of the standard change documentation provided by the developer.

• Monitoring and Incident Management:

Handle basic alerts in the IT production environment. Actively respond to and resolve business user issues.

• Operations Automation:

Develop automation scripts to improve the efficiency of operation and maintenance tasks.

• Cross-regional Collaboration:

Work closely with the IT team at China HQ to ensure effective communication and coordination for cross-border event.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (relevant certifications are a plus, relevant IT O&M experience preferred).
2. Familiar with basic command-line operations of the Linux operating system.
3. Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
4. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
5. Chinese language skills are a strong plus, with the ability to communicate and collaborate with Chinese engineering teams.
