A typical day might include the following:

• Drafting job posts and promoting them through all recruitment channels;
• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods;
• Screening candidate resumes;
• Conducting initial phone screenings and interviews with all the candidates;
• Collaborating with team members to understand positions and recruiting needs;
• Tracking candidate activity and providing communication & updates on positions and selected candidates to hiring managers;
• Maintaining a strong and professional relationship with the candidates;
• Keep the candidate database accurate and up-to-date to facilitate efficient talent acquisition and management.

To ensure success in this role, you need the following experience and skills:

• Proven work experience as a Junior Recruiter, HR Intern, or a similar role in the Human Resources department;
• Strong interest in IT Recruitment and Human Resources;
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite and other applicable software applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe PDF);
• Experience with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus;
• Attention to detail;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proactivity and orientation towards solutions;
• Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn;
• Good organizational skills;
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in human resources, business, communications, or similar field);
• Good knowledge of English;
• French is a plus.
