What defines you:
•Currently enrolled in the first year of a Bachelor's degree program, regardless of field of study;
•Basic familiarity with computer hardware and operating systems is considered an advantage, but is not required;
•Willingness to learn and develop new technical skills;
•Ability to manage tasks efficiently and follow established processes;
•Proactive mindset and solution-oriented approach when addressing challenges;
• Adaptable to different business contexts.
Responsabilitati
You career journey at BDO:
As a Junior IT Support Specialist at BDO you will develop the appropriate skills and knowledge for performing the following activities:
•Respond to IT support tickets and assist colleagues in resolving technical issues;
•Configure and prepare new laptops for employees;
•Set up and support corporate mobile devices (Android and iOS) for employees;
•Create and manage user accounts and access permissions;
•Install software applications and prepare equipments for new hires;
•Maintain accurate records of IT assets and equipment inventory;
•Support the Chief Information Officer (CIO) in various internal IT projects and initiatives.
