Role and responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to end-user inquiries/requests/incidents via phone, e-mail, chat, or self-service portal
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, escalating complex issues to appropriate support teams when needed
  • Document all relevant information, solutions, and interactions in the ticketing system
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure timely resolution of tickets and Service Level Agreement fulfilment
  • Escalation of critical and high priority tickets to line and senior management
  • Consistently deliver great customer service, and ensure a positive user experience

Skills, knowledge and experience:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Availability to work full-time hybrid: 10:00-19:00; 11:00-20:00 RO time
  • Ability to communicate effectively and convey technical information to non-technical users
  • Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to handling challenging situations in a professional manner
  • Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
  • Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, with a proactive approach to professional development
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business dynamics and priorities
