Key responsibilities:
Existing customers:

• Build long-lasting customer relations by partnering with them
• Deliver sales campaigns that grow Cersanit’s market share and hit sales targets
• Regularly visit existing customers to provide them with an ongoing support
• Familiar in working with products mix , shelf and competition analysis, portfolio segmentation
• Introduction of new product developments
• Effectively facilitate operational challenges between the customers and the factories
• Provide regular sales reports and communicate data to the Sales Director, as per Company’s standards

New customers:

• Drive the development of the winning new sales strategies in collaboration with the Sales Director
• Deliver an effective acquisition of new Customers
• Prepare and present product offerings and sales presentations using agreed templates
• Facilitate new Customer onboarding, collaborating with the Customer Helpdesk
