Full-time | Permanent | Hybrid (remote + field + office)
Our partner is a long-standing company with more than 30 years of continuous presence on the Romanian market, recognized for its expertise in importing and distributing international cosmetic brands. With a lean and agile team and a solid presence across pharmacies, drugstores, and e-commerce, the organization continues to strengthen its commercial footprint.
We are currently supporting them in the search for a Junior Key Account Manager who will contribute to the development of key client relationships and the expansion of new business opportunities.
Role overview
The Junior Key Account Manager will oversee part of the existing customer portfolio while driving new partnerships, particularly among regional and mid-sized pharmacy chains.
The position reports directly to the General Manager, offering significant visibility and involvement in commercial decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships within the assigned client portfolio
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, with a focus on pharmacy chains
- Implement commercial plans, promotions, and client-level initiatives
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and propose corrective actions
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and execution
- Prepare and present commercial proposals; negotiate contracts in line with company strategy
Candidate profile
- 2–3 years of sales experience (FMCG, pharma, cosmetics, or related sectors)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and motivated attitude
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Very good English language skills, CV translated in English is mandatory.
- Category B driving licence
