Our partner, a global leader within the hardware field, is looking for a Leasing Operations Specialist to deliver end-to-end operational excellence across the entire lease lifecycle, from deal initiation to contract closure!
Note:
- We offer an initial contract of one year through Prohuman with the possibility of extension/conversion. We are looking for someone who can dedicate 8 hours/day (09:00 – 18:00, one hour lunch break, hybrid (2 days from the office, 3 days WFH)), from Monday to Friday, communicates efficiently, has intermediate knowledge of Excel (SUM, IF, V LOOK UP, PIVOT TABLE a.s.o.) and has 2 years of experience in a multinational company (operational tasks, preferable related to contract administration or customer support). Seniority: junior level.
Short description of the responsibilities:
Global Leasing ensures compliance, financial accuracy, customer experience, and process standardization by partnering with finance partners, internal operational teams, and regional delivery teams. Its mission is to provide a consistent, audit-ready, and efficient leasing model worldwide, enabling smooth in-life changes, optimized end-of-lease outcomes, and strong governance across all markets.
The Leasing Operations Specialist role manages all leasing activities across the asset lifecycle, ensuring contractual compliance, data integrity, and operational continuity. The role executes In-life and EOL changes (early returns, buyouts, and extensions), oversees documentation readiness, and manages all activities between company and financial partners. It ensures that every transaction is accurate, compliant, cost-optimized, and fully traceable, supporting both customer needs and internal controls.

- Contract Repositories (DealSource) – SOWs, contract validation, change orders
- Outlook & Teams – communication
